Venting feeling depressed

Feeing really abandoned by the people in my life.
I've been suicidal for so long I don't think people actually care anymore
I'm not sure they really ever cared about me, more how it would affect them. Or maybe that's just my pessimistic thinking
I'm really fucking depressed right now, I want to die but i'm scared of pain, i've been through enough pain

I'm sorry that you suffer so unbearably. We all deserve the option of a peaceful exit from this life, no one should have to die a painful death. I know that it is awful desperately wanting to leave this world, yet feeling like you are unable to. People really can be so cruel and selfish and that is just the way that people are. Many people only care about what directly affects themselves. I hope that you find relief from your pain in whatever happens, I wish you the best.
