During the last 5 years I have admitted to self harm and being suicidal. Also during a mood swing I made a threat to shoot up my school because I wanted at the time to get away from life by going to jail. The cops picked me up from school and made me go to the school curator for 1 session. Literally 1 session is all that happened from that. I've gone voluntarily several tens of times now over the years and I feel like I have literally never made any progress. Never gotten a diagnosis and they often ask if I feel like I still need another session as if I'm completely cured. I have a session in 2 days and I'm considering just saying that I'm straight up going to CTB in 2 years time if nothing changes. I bet they'll ignore that too.
