Discussion Favourite drinks + how do you like to make it?

I love the taste of coffee, but I'm a bit picky with how I like it
I don't like sugary creamer so if I use one I want it to be zero-sugar, french vanilla is preferred
typically I use just a small amount of milk so it's not so bitter and that's perfect for me

what's yours? and how do you like your coffee if you drink it?

With coffee, sometimes I like it plain and sometimes I like it very sweet. I always go back and forth.

My favorite drink is sparkling apple juice, but I like to make agua de fresa con leche. It only takes four ingredients, and you can make large batches of it. It is very good!

me neither.. I hate eating, it feels so gross.
I tolerate drinking, I find coffee and chocolate milk/hot chocolate comforting.

I like tea/coffee with milk, depends on what flavour I want more at the moment. Milk tea has a softer flavour for me.
I even have sort of a routine I follow with tea, I put brown sugar with the teabag first so it sweetens the drink faster or something and then cold milk... I don't know, I don't like putting sugar last
I don't have a coffee machine so I use instant sublimated coffee

Hot chocolate. I am lactose intolerant, so I just make it with water. Not luxurious but it also does not make my intestines hate me.

Chai. Would love to make it the traditional way but I usually just use a pre-made leaf tea mix. If I want to spoil myself, I get some goat milk to put in, but usually I just non-dairy creamer.

Froth the coffee and milk sepreaptly and unify and viola.
And whipped cream cuz why not

Although I used to drink black coffee like it was water, never personally liked it.
Also have been restricting caffiene in general just to see how my body responds long term. I do allow 1-2 caffienated drinks a month.

So for coffee I drink decaf most of the time. Because I don't like the taste of black coffee, I make it into a café au lait. I like how simple it is. Exactly half coffee and half milk. I add a bunch of 0 cal sweetner because everything I consume for some reason needs to be sweet.

My fav would be caffè mocca. It's a bit heavy. I buy it at the coffee shop though, and rarely drink it funnily enough.

For someone trying to limit the amount of caffeine you get, only 1-2 drinks a month is impressive imo, congrats on that.

i mix my espresso with milk, clean protein powder, and caramel sugar free syrup to at least get some sort of healthy amino acids and protein in me. i find it hard to eat and i haven't been to the gym in months (or really outside. depression and anxiety)

no it's a nice clean whey protein and i use a blender bottle to really mix it up. it taste pretty good!

My fav drink is kombucha ik people hate it or love it but I like the taste. Even if im real thirsty plus I heard there some good benefits from it.

I mostly drink diet sodas, lol. When I have energy, though, I like to make strawberry milk!

Coffee and tea are so complex. You have to find a type that you really like so you can stick with it or else it just tastes like burnt beans and dirt. My brother had beans that grow near jackfruit trees so they have hints of jackfruit. Very delicious. Method is pour-over.

My favorite drink is frankly pretty easy to make.

- any tea (preferably dark but green is more refreshing during hot weathers)
- lemon
- honey (any honey at all, specifically good with green tea) or molasses or just granulated brown sugar (good for dark tea)
- pinch of salt (to balance the tartness of the lemon so measurement is really up to you)
- ice cubes

If we're talking about hard stuff, I like gin and tonic. Gin is Hendrick's. Tonic is Schweppes. Paired with squeezed lime so it's sour, bitter, and sweet. Yummy.
