• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I could sleep well, eat well, get sunlight, exercise, etc. I'm still so fucking exhausted day in and day out. Everything is so tiring and I always want to lie down. I'll drink a fuckton of coffee and it'll do nothing but give me palpitations. My prescription stimulants can only be taken as needed. I have yet to experience the feeling of waking up "rested" and feeling rested for the remainder of the day. I hate it. I just want to lie down and sleep and drift away to my bus.

Same here. I have no energy left... Ocd, depression and insomnia drained me physically and mentally...

this is unfortunately one of the repercussions of depression on the body and on vitality in general.

I feel the same as you every day, yet I do the minimum daily but I am always very tired from the middle of the afternoon, I drink coffee in the morning and I believe that without it it would be worse ~ and paradoxically I sometimes have great difficulty falling asleep at night because my mind thinks too much, my brain is not sleepy but my body yes...

I have no energy for anything either, I have a constant tiredness that never leaves. I just want to fall into an eternal sleep.

Yes the same with me! I feel constantly tired and like I'm spending the last of my energy every second just to breath. I want to lie down and for everything to drift away always every second of the day. I have never woken up rested, I have no idea what it's like to have energy to do things during the day.
Sending you love❤️❤️❤️

Same. I'm 40 and was an extremely active person until I started feeling this way in my late 20s/early 30s. I've seen tons of doctors/specialists and been diagnosed with a shit ton of stuff that can't be fixed like fibromyalgia. It just keeps getting worse. I spend most of my time in bed now.
