Anyone know the fatality rate for a 30 m fall onto concrete? I can't find anything definitive online.

The most important factor in suicide by jumping is height. Stone2 states that jumping from 150 feet (46 metres) or higher on land, and 250 feet (76 metres) or more on water, is 95% to 98% fatal. 150 feet/46 metres, equates to roughly 10 to 15 stories in a building, depending on the height of one story. 250 feet is the height of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco.

A 30m fall onto concrete head first will probably kill you. The problem is, if you decide you dont want to die (survival instinct) and you correct your position, you will be in for a world of hurt.

At that height you would want to go head first to be sure it might kill you otherwise but i think theres more chance of survival with broken legs etc. I think if someone is jumping it is best to go very high up like off a 300 ft cliff or something.
