Venting Fasting sucks

Haven't eaten since last night, about 19 hours now. I hate feeling hungry.

Got my SN today, thinking about using it.

Kinda got the opposite problem. Depression makes me not hungry. Have to force myself to eat a few times per day or else I could go days without and end up in the hospital.

Yeah that's the one downside about the SN method is not being able to eat, drink any alcohol or even smoke. Whatever you decide just want to say in case I don't get a chance later I want to say Thank You for helping me out. Sorry shit has come to this.

I've got my SN as well. It is a relief to have a reasonable method in hand.

I keep pushing the date out for a variety of reasons.

I'm not advocating for any action, just can relate to the acquisition.

I'm sure smoking cigarettes should be okay. As for smoking weed it can intensify whatever you are feeling at the moment, so you will probaly get really panicky when the survival instinct kicks in. But others on here have said it won't interfere with the SN process besides that. Even Stan from Stan's guide said that weed has mild AE properties:
