So on my CTB day, I fast for about 8-9 hours before I take the SN.
So only a small breakfast and at lunchtime I have to eat something as we always eat together.

But what about drinking?
I know that you shouldn't drink anything 2 hours before taking the SN.
Can I not drink much throughout the day (no coke etc..) or just the 2 hours before?

I plan to take 5-10 mg of diazepam about 1 hour before the SN (15 minutes before taking the antimetic) to calm me down a bit if necessary. I would of course take this with very little water, just enough to swallow. So painkillers I would have Paracetemol, but I read somewhere that you should only take benzos or painkillers otherwise it irritates the stomach.

Is this true or am I wrong?

I will probably need benzos all day long.

Can I take 2x 5-10 mg each on CTB day with the SN protocol?

I would suggest doing a full filter such for all threads regarding SN successes and testing on the forum.
There should be a plethora of information at your disposal.

However in regards to your question; it is in my educated opinion* that you should limit your liquid intake throughout the day.
Perhaps within the first six hours of waking up, hydrate completely.
Then avoid any further liquids until you absolutely need too.

Hope this helps.

So... that would mean, that in a 48 hour regimen, it would be ok to drink in the first 30 hours, then trying to avoid everything? No meals and no liquids in the last 18 hours? I also take the AE (Domperidon) three times a time then and a last double dosage 40 minutes prior the attempt.
