I've seen posts here from people who fell asleep from benzodiazepines before they even had a chance to drink their SN. And that scares me a little, because I don't know much about medications and how they affect the body. What dosage should I take to avoid falling asleep too early? Is there a specific dosage, or should I figure out the right amount on my own to avoid this? Can I use alternative sedatives, and what kind should they be? For example, I've used Atarax and Alimemazine, but they didn't have any sedative effect on me at all. If I understand correctly, these medications have a rather weak sedative effect, especially compared to benzodiazepines

Its different from person to person but even a small dose of benzos (like 3 tablets of a standard dose) is enough to stop taking care of anything and just go to sleep.

I suggest using Benzos if you are experiencing anxiety/fear. Some examples are: Xanax, Clone, Dia, Val...

No, it is not scary. It relaxes your body. I suggest taking 1 MG at the very beginning and then increasing your dosage within the last 15 minutes of your method. It takes about that kind of time for the medication to kick in.

An easy OTC sedative is Dramamine. It will definitely knock you out within 30 minutes are so. I suggest taking 1-2. It will also prevent nausea.

as long as you don't overdo the benzos it shouldn't stop you from attempting or incapacitate you. like others have said though it varies from person to person, i would suggest taking the lowest recommended dose and see how it affects you first. benzodiazepines are very potent!

personally i've taken 0.5mg of xanax and was ok, very sleepy and not anxious at all. but i took 1-2mg later on and i was out cold in like 15-20 minutes. i fell asleep with food in my hand ._. take care op

I've been taking benzo lorazepam 2mg to sleep for months because of chronic tinnitus, but the day i do cbt through opioids + benzo + sleeping pills, i'll take potent 3mg xanax as xanax can make you fall asleep in 5 to 15 mins for most people and take the combination of opioids benzo and sleeping pills to cbt.

What benzo do you take to sleep?

Have you ever taken benzo? The fastest benzo to make you fall asleep

Triazolam (Halcion)15 to 30 minutes
Alprazolam (Xanax)15 to 30 minutes

But it's different from person to person , if you have taken benzo before,it will take you to fall asleep longer, if you have never taken benzo, it will make you fall asleep in just 10 to 15 mins.

I take benzos if I wake up anxious or can't sleep.

3mg bromazepam do very little, 6mg of bromazepam work, but they just relax me, they don't put me to sleep.
3mg lorazepam on the other hand, is a different beast. It gets me veeeeeery relaxed. If I lie down, for sure I'll fall asleep quickly.

These are the 2 benzos that I take now. Back in my tripping days I had some Etizolam for when I couldn't sleep, I don't remember the dosage but 2 pills would knock me out even if I had taken LSD or MDMA or Ketamine or other UPers. 2 pills were so strong that the following day I'd be so relaxed that I'd have problem controlling my limbs, it would last at least half a day before getting full motor control back.
I think Etizolam is sold in very few countries, legally, because of how strong it is.
