I am sure you actually did your best. But I get the feeling as if I let people down too.
It's strange, how our brains torture us over things like that.
I still want to believe you did everything it takes for your friend though. :)

I don't know exactly what you're talking about but I hate the fact that I'm giving up too. It feels really unsatisfying, like getting stuck on a game to the point where you stop playing. It's frustrating and shameful for me to admit that I can't cope with life.
