My fail attempt at partial suspension. This is what my face looked like after. It's fucking scary. Busted blood vessels?

mm its okay. my eyes feel so tired. throat feels stuck and head is strange, feels light and slightly sore.

I had petechiae around my eyes and face too after a partial hanging attempt. Ice packs helped but unfortunately they have to run their course. ♡ I managed to cover mine with make up for work, thankfully.
I hope you're doing well now!

Firstly, I think you should get medical attention though I'm short on what you could tell them. If anyone has any ideas feel free to post because I'm not good at that stuff.

I hope you are feeling better soon. It does look like ruptured blood vessels. That doesn't need medical attention, and ice was a good idea. you may see bruising as well as it heals. Did you get the exploding sensation in the head during the attempt?

You're welcome! Coughing excessively or choking on food can produce the same results. That was my go to story if anyone asked why I looked 'spooky' haha thankfully nobody asked

Those are specifically busted capillaries, the tiniest of the vessels. Happened because the blood was still coming from an artery side and couldn't leave the through the vein side. Capillary connects the two.

I dont remember. I remember my heartbeat going crazy and trying to bear through it until it slowed down completely. It felt like it had stopped. All I could hear was my gasping. I kept gasping for a bit, it was really uncomfortable. Idk what would have happened if I stayed liked that.

I'm doing pRtial right now .... I have it up high like it doesn't cut off my air, no coughing or choking feelings. Just light headed but no gasping or forcing jt
