There is not enough pressure on neck to squeeze the artery because it's deep but it's enough weight to squeeze only jugular vein, which cause blood to be trapped in head and then you feel head is explode

I'm assuming you're trying partial hanging... I don't think it works as i tried to loose consciousness but couldn't...you have to block the corotids without blocking the trachea...

Jugular compression goes first, then carotids, then trachea.
The issue is that people struggle to get past the sensation of jugular compression, which requires the least force but is quite uncomfortable with bad headaches until you lose consciousness with carotid compression.Similar threads
