Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I dont think it is. If people what to improve themselves into better beings the way i see it aslong as its not destroying others in the process then go for it. If it makes then happier and more able to cope with life then why not. We concentrate too much on others, how they view us etc and neglect ourselves in the process so when these people turn against us we are left with feelings of worthlessness, dejection, we dont feel like us because we lost ourselves somewhere along the way.

It's not universal and unique, it might not be suitable for everyone. But still, I think it is totally all right to work on your problems and at least try to do something. Nothing is wrong with that unless people start judging others and force this trend like self-improvement is the absolute solution for any sort of problem.

This!

  • Workout
  • Eat healthy
  • Find your passion/hobby
  • Improve your social skills
  • Make more money
That's the basic outline. It's nothing special just what we already know deep down but people act like it's foreign language.

It is easier to write then to actually do. For me it didnt help. i changed my life style last year really fast and pretty successiv to eating healthy and doing workouts. but i stopped it again since december because my lack in social skills and my fear to talk to other people because of my past expierences made me clear that i wont find any friends or even a gf. that was the point when i said to myself that i ctb.

so if you can improve on all of these points i guess you could make it but for me the social skills are impossible to handle anymore. i know why and what it was but i can't change it. i hope some other people try it here and may succes. the social skills are by far the most important point i think, you can't come back without friends that care for you.
