Buspirone it's self didn't help. In combination, 45 mg bus and 300mg trazidone I could get 4 hours sleep mostly consistent

Bus in combination with 200 mg quetiapin did nothing
Bus in combination with 30mg Zoloft and 30mg 3 times a day cyclobenzaprine was ok to stay somewhat calm but not enough to sleep without alcohol. Note I had a vertebrate slide pinching my spinal cord so not much would help me anyway
