Sorry you're in so much pain. I really am .. the only stupid thing that temorarily distracts me is free podcasts on Spotify...weirdly enough ones on cults and true crime.
Would a temporary valium/diazepam prescription from your doctor help to at least numb you for a few days?

Yeah I got into podcasts a few years ago. I listen to them all of the time - True Crime Garage, Root of Evil (The True story of the Hodel Family - this one is good), Casefile True Crime, Scientology: Fair Game, The Minds of Madness, Swindled.... they are the main ones.
