I need an escape from everyday life, I need a day in bed on my own. I usually take a few more codeine than I should just to get a little sick and get my day in bed. However I've ran out of codeine, any other pills I could take?

I used to feel like that for almost 3 years. It'll only get worse.
You need to find some motivation. A hobby could really help. That has saved me at least (in my case, learning japanese)
I know, easier said than done but remember...not impossible!
