Anyone else remember that other time Elmo went viral only that time it was for his rage at a rock?



I still think this only resonated so well with everyone because everyone can relate to feeling fed up with having to indulge somebody else's delusion even if society tries to gaslight you otherwise. Like when people try to tell me that not to choose CTB.

When we were kids my sister and I watched Sesame Street on TV, and when this song played we would sing along and try to imitate Elmo's voice.

It's funny how the eclectus parrot can do an uncanny imitation of Elmo's voice. I've even joked to myself about eclectus parrots serving as the winged minions of the furry, red overlord.



Interestingly, the females of the species have vibrant red plumage - just like Elmo.

Come to think of it, female eclectus parrots will mate with multiple males, who cooperatively forge to feed her and her chicks. So if my conspiracy theory is correct, then male eclectus parrots could be highly attracted to the little monster's red fur and cheerful voice. This leads to their total devotion and obedience to Elmo.
