• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I've considered ECT too. I've heard that it has saved many lives, so you should definitively consider it if you're thinking about ending it and nothing else helps (that is if medication, psychologists and therapy doesn't help). It's worth noting that there can be some side effects in rare cases.

Hope it does you well.
I haven't been there but i followed my ex partner through it, and it did help her as a last resort.
It took sessions over a longer time with breaks in between of somewhat stable periods, but it helped her more in the end more than medicine did in terms of how long their stable periods were.

If you haven't done it, write down your passwords and important information somewhere safe.
trouble with memory is a side effect, but I suppose you already know all that. Despite that, I would say it was worth it for them.
