EEBD holds recommendations please

So I'm still waiting for my turkey bag to arrive, however I would just rather use an EEBD hood. Any recommendations. Something that is large and isn't claustrophobic. Can I just stick the hose through the neck seal on the EEBD hood? I don't really want to go through the hassle of new connections etc for the EEBD hood. Will the EEBD hood work. When I do this I don't want to wake up with brain damage and then fucking piss off the government further with increasing disability payments.

I ordered a hood from India on big auction site. I didn't know what I was doing the first time and basically ripped it off my head with both hands so the neck part tore off.

The hose connects directly to the regulator though so I ordered a second one.

The only thing I'm not sure of is the exhaust valve. I can't tell if it does anything or not. I went through the entire mega thread but people say they were able to feel air coming out their exhaust valve and I can't feel anything.

Since plastic bags are cheaper I might give up on the hood.
