I found a site i can order erectile dysfunction meds online. 40 milligrams of Cialis in 24hrs is considered dangerous. If I downed a whole bottle would the drop in blood pressure make me pass out and CTB?

ODing is a non method. I would not advise you attempt this. The resulting complications would leave you in a far worse state.
