• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I want to try ECT and was wondering if anybody knows what it would cost. I'm in the us and get healthcare through the VA. I know nobody could possibly know the exact amount but is it a more expensive treatment? Also I would love to read any experiences anybody had with ECT. Thanks

I couldn't say about cost. I'm on Medicaid which means everything is paid for by the government. I have yet to pay a single out of pocket expense in the 6 months I've been on it. I would assume ECT would be free for me.

I've also heard that ECT can erase some of your memories, particularly the ones you're thinking about right as you're being zapped. If I can endure long enough to set up ECT sessions, I know exactly who I'm going to be thinking about as its happening.
