Drugs, alcohol, puke?

Just wondering and for people who have knowledge/experience if you take lots of drugs(benzo opioid)&alcohol will you puke?

will taking domperidone take care of that?

Also i have very low tolerance with drugs&alcohol(not drinking&use narcotic, antidepressant, etc). I wonder if i overdose on those and combine method it will work....

I think that there is a very real risk of puking. Either from the alcohol, the meds, or a combination of both. Consuming a large quantity of alcohol, especially with a low tolerance could result in vomiting.
Overdosing on meds or alcohol can be tricky. I think that there is a greater chance of it working if you have a low tolerance (lik you said you did) but you could puke, be found before dying, or just not taking enough of everything.

Is drinking some of your favourite tipple advisable before ctb? Dutch courage has always served me well. I've got a few beers in me and could go right now! I'm definitely planning on drinking before I start cinching that rachet, unless I hear otherwise from you guys! I don't mean being blind drunk, just pleasantly under the influence.
