Help Drug interaction SN method

I take one Lymecycline (antibiotic) pill every morning. Does anyone know if this is a problem for the SN method in terms of possible drug interaction? It is really not essential and I can stop taking it if needs be. Does Lymecycline interact badly with any of the supplementary drugs for SN method? Or with SN itself?
