If N would be my method, i would probably have light meals a few days before. Something even lighter on that day. I don't know to what extent an empty stomach will increase the chances to vomit. I guess it depends from one person to another.
One thing i would do, and that's personal, is choosing the moment after one last poop.
like a present for life.

In my case yes. I'm already nauseous with an empty stomach and drinking something which doesn't taste very good might be too much for my stomach.Last edited:Similar threads
