just regained feeling in my wrists. i hav been cutting all night making deeper and deeper cuts tryn 2 make it 2 radial artery but took a break 2 make food and sobered up and now it hurts so badddd. i kno its a bad method but im used 2 it so much i dont hav problems w survival instinct. might get put in da ward again which sucks bc its summer and dey hav soo many windows and inadequate AC. if i go in dere i hope da girls frm last time are dere. i strangely feel i felt tru sisterhood 4 da first time wen i was dere.

on a different note i was rewatching watching nostalghia and currently the mirror while attempting, highly recommend tarkovsky best director ever fr.

Cutting does sound so risky and unreliable. I think that I would personally never choose this method. I'm sorry for whatever brought you to this point. It sounds horrible being stuck in a psych ward, especially in the heat, but I wish you the best.
