Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

That there are few options that are superior. N, gun, exit bag, (for a few people) jumping, explosives, maybe F/H/etc, master-level partial, (for some) shallow water blackout. All of those are way harder to acquire and/or execute for me than SN, if I get SN I won't need a better method. Good question, btw. Watched.
I don't think I will ever ctb, although i have severe suicidal ideation due to anxiety, clinical depression and possible BPD.
I believe these symptoms can be less unpleasant with paracetamol and/or ibuprofen and these are OTC drugs. As for stomach pain, since it is salt and I can relate it to my experience with tablr salt, I believe the pain can be alleviated with a double dose of antacid.
But not completely, the acidity and salt will still upset your stomach, and i am very very sensitive to stomach pain.
Even then, I can't guarantee it will be painless. I am very pain sensitive. Sorry if that sounded fussy.
