• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Im sorry if this sounds insanely stupid. I live the dessert and its been insanely hot. But I've been FREEZING.

I've really gone down mentally lately and I'm getting closer and more content with the fact I'm ready to CTB soon (butbya know fuckin SI ) Everyone around me is struggling with the heat and needing the cold air on while I'm literally shaking from being cold.

Am I just dumb thinking my mental state could be casuing this?

It's very likely to be a psychosomatic symptom of being depressed. I get headaches frequently and have low energy.

I know anxiety could probably do that if you suffer from that too. Possibly depression, I'm not sure. Our mental state certainly has an effect on our bodies.

Im sorry you have to go through that. Uhg I get so angry at all the things mental illness can do to you physically.

Opposite, my hands sweat every 5 seconds even when I turn on the fan. Maybe because I explode at every little adversity.

You don't sound stupid or dumb. Many people with issues like depression, anxiety, etc feel too cold (or too hot) like you described.

It's not stupid. Our endocrine system (hormones) are dominant throughout the body. Emotions can trigger hormonal releases triggering digestive, metabolic, circulatory and more imbalances. As well as, hormonal imbalance can destructure emotions.
