Im not sure why im making this thread

anyway corpse husband is a big youtuber, maybe the biggest in the "scary story" genre. He's been dealing with undisclosed heath issues that prevent him from making videos as frequent as he'd like, and today he said that a doctor told him the pain he's been feeling in his arm wont ever go away and will likely get worse over time. My moms dealing with a similar thing. She's had pain for a long time and likely missed her chance to "do something about it" and is likely in the "dealing with it phase".

It makes me sad knowing people have to just exist in pain everyday. i get depression headaches for a week straight and im already counting how many days i have left. ig its weird to see people who go through that just accept it as apart of they're life, i probably wouldnt be here if my physical pain got any worse.

I heard about him today. My heart goes out to him.

Pain can be challenging to deal with, especially when you're young.

I suspect if you're in your 70s, it would still be challenging, but you'd have the understanding that much isn't expected of you. You could build a life around it.

It's the young with chronic pain that's especially challenging.

I hope he finds both strength and courage to continue in his venture.

I've been listening to his content when he was just starting out. Love his horror narration stories. Sucks that he has a chronic condition that is stopping him from narrating.

I didn't know that. Way to turn a negative into a positive, but it must be a hard burden to bear.

From Google : Yes, Corpse Husband suffers from Fibromyalgia, which is an incurable condition of the body. Patients with Fibromyalgia suffer from acute muscle pain when their body is under increased strain or pressure. As scientific research proves, Fibromyalgia often affects a person's vocal cords & thus, their voice.
