• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

What the title says. I'm an idiot in terms of understanding just exactly pills do, so :/ all I know is I'm on mirtazipine, Effexor (but going off it because it made my panic attacks worse) and starting lamotrigine.

for more information, I ordered SN and that is my method to CTB.

I don't think anti-depressants interferes at all with it. Some do have an anti-emetic effect going on so they may help in that front.

none of the psychiatric medications you have listed can be used as antiemetics. please refer to Stan's guide - the ones that are useful in that regard are certain antipsychotics.

you can use an interaction checker to see if any of the pills you're taking might interfere with the SN regimen.

Thanks! I saw the guide already and just wasn't sure if perhaps mine could be used instead of SN or if it would affect the SN after consumed. Thanks for linking the interaction checker, that's super useful!

None of those medications can be reliably used for fatal overdose instead of SN. As a rule of thumb, very few prescription medications are reliably fatal in overdose, and that is even more so the case with psychiatric medications for obvious reasons.

The drugs.com interaction checker as provided is an essential tool to use.

If you are also meaning you don't know what those medications do in general use, looking them up on drugs.com will also provided information.

I sorta figured, I know from my teen years that OTC and most prescriptions aren't good for that and have even tried before. I just read for my new bipolar treatment (it's also used for epilepsy) that it can cause bad seizures and death in OD.
Thanks for taking the time to reach out.
