Sometimes, I lie very still in bed and pretend that I'm dead, and I'm sort of stuck in my brain to the point where I believe that I am indeed dying.

I used to do that a lot! It helped me somehow but then reality knocked the door and I felt more depressed than before lol

Feel the same, I'll probably see if I can firm it for tonight. After all, I'll be catching up on plenty of the stuff when tonight comes around
