I'd like to be asleep when I cease to breath. My original plan was to just take really strong painkillers with SN, because they usually make me really sleepy. But I want to make sure I'm asleep.

thanks for your post, i got a melatonin spray and im surprised how well it works but i also had a meal before it. still nice to have for sn i think
