Does anyone have issues after stopping antidepressants?

If so did you do or are you doing anything to help with issues caused by SSRIs?

In my case I had PSSD that is slowly improving but I still have severe fatigue that manifests as a heavy head and eyes, and heart palpitations. I was running before the antidepressant and now its even difficult to go for a walk. I took it 4 months ago.

Last year, I stopped taking all my meds suddenly and I started listening to music in my head and couldn't sleep.
I'm an anxious person but the anxiety I had that time was nonsense! I thought I was really gonna lose my mind.

Did you quit your meds immediately? You should see a professional. Maybe you'll have to take them again and leave them little by little.

Sounds tough. Did you literally hear music in your head? Sounds like your effects all went away though? My doc just told me to keep taking them
