• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Sleep keeps me from going insane. I sleep if i feel like..things are going out of control or i am losing my cool.. The moment i wake up.. i have this calm feeling.

No. To be fair, I always stay up to at least midnight because I want to prolong the day. I don't want to wake up again.

I wake up at the witching hour, which I identify at 2:00-3:00... I take Zoloft and Xanax at that
time, then it's back to bed until, say, 9-10. The fact that I don't work doesn't mean I don't suffer —-I do. Being alone with all of this, without my wife (she died in December 2018)- is actually far more painful than pounding the pavement looking for work. I own a house and land in Belize but it mans nothing -i mean less than nothing. Negative zero, if you will.

Truer words were never spoken. Do other people have a spring in their step upon rising? I always feel like death warmed up :ahhha:

Not anymore, no. It's just something about this illness. Last time I remember feeling rejuvenated from sleep was in 1993. Was on summer holidays in France. Felt energised, awake and actually looking forward to the day.

I woke up rested today before the alarm clock and it was really, really nice. Though it was dark outside and the bed still was so silky nice, I felt relaxed and fresh.

Occasionally. But it's rare, I can sleep for hours and hours but don't always wake up feeling like I've slept for that long. It's a mental tiredness as opposed to physical, and sleep doesn't work for that.

Not really, and if I had, it was probably a very long, long time ago. Nowadays just waking up is quite a bit of effort and I still feel sleepy during the day, even if I got over 7 hours of sleep.
