Venting Does anyone else get stalked by mental health & think they cause more problems than solutions?

Ever since mental health and police started to get involved in my life they watch me everywhere I go,follow me everywhere to prevent me from doing anything,they even taken it so far as to get the council to put them into the flat above me so they can listen to everything that's said in my flat,monitor my Internet usage and try to spy into my home through our light fittings,smoke detectors and walls as they have huge voids in them with little doors that connect the flats together,has anyone else in uk had this problem and if so how did you get rid of them? They cause more mental health problems than a person had,who even wants to live with a constant eye on them? Not me that's for sure,makes me wanna lash out and that's about it,makes me feel like they are trying to force me into commiting some kind of shocking atrocious act since they're hell bent on not letting me go out peacefully on my own terms so a sudden violent death seems like the only options available,how can they get away with making people feel this way?is this what mental health has been doing all the time,making people worse than they are causing serious acts to happen across the UK through their meddling ways,swear it boils my blood,what happened to my life my right? In uk mental health seem to think they own our life and so do police,who are they to think that? My life is my life to do with as I please so why they making it so hard and difficult while putting nasty bigger scenarios into my head as the only options left to be successful? Anyone else had this experience with this interfering mockery of a helping agency?

I wasn't aware they had the resources to do this kind of thing. They don't even keep a proper eye on former criminals who I imagine have a high risk of reoffending. Jon Venables was eventually caught with child pornography on a computer and re-arrested. How on earth wasn't their internet monitored from the start?

I don't mean to doubt your experience and feelings but, is it possible some of these things are coincidences? If you're sure it's a police officer living upstairs, maybe that's just where they live. They have to live somewhere. If you are certain that your flat is bugged though- then I suspect that is a criminal act, unless they have a warrant to do so. Have you actually located cameras or, is it more a feeling?

It's my phone,all my accounts load twice,my texts come twice,apps load twice then apps close by themselves while I'm using them and my location and tracking is on when I always keep it off,I disable emergency locator apps then they're enabled again,I even had an account connected to my Google in family settings called Wales-Wmids-cps or similar to those lines as I deleted it and it kept reconnecting so I deleted the account,made another and it still happens but no family link this time.and if I go out people who live in my building was always around where I'd go and trust me id go to some pretty remote areas yet still they'd pop up walking dogs and such always in my line of sight even doubling back on trains after I saw them so got off and waited to see if they came back,caught 2 men do this,when they seen me they looked surprised & gave themselves away so I said something and since then not seen those 2 again since,they use the same cars too but I went out recently and didn't notice any of them as usual as I've not gone out for months cos of it,so maybes they realise they making me worse not better so have backed off a bit,I'm not bothered if they do watch me to some extent as I've nothing to hide,but 24/7 on your back is not good,my brother died just before Xmas and still I've not grieved for him as Refuse to show my emotions infront of anyone at all,so when I know they're looking I just can't do it,maybes 1 day soon I can though as I've a lot to let out and need it out really so fingers crossed I can get this pain off my chest as it's hard keeping it in now

Sounds like there may be a virus on your phone/ computer. Do you have anti-virus software running? I had to get a laptop factory reset once.

I hope you can grieve for your brother soon. I'm sorry for your loss. I agree though, it's important to mourn.

Hi, I'm not sure how you're going to react to this, but I mean this respectfully and politely.

In all my years of research of mental health issues and suicide legislation, etc, I have never come across an example of police officers monitoring people through their light fittings or smoke detectors. The only time they would do this is if you were some kind of major criminal or international terrorist, and they were planning a bust.

Mental health workers and police are responsible for great injustices against mentally ill people, but if they thought you were a "threat to yourself" they would come to your house, in uniforms, with ID badges, and conduct a "wellness check". Depending on how that went, they may lock you in a psych ward. They can lie to you about why they're there (They may tell you they "just want a chat") but they are not going to follow you, spy on you, or rent the flat above you, this is not how the system works.

If there is a spyware app on your phone (Which is possible) it was likely put there by a concerned family member or friend, not by a police officer or MH worker.

I don't mean to disrespect your or your experience, but what you're describing is simply not how the system works, at least not in any country I have ever heard of.

It seems that you may be suffering from some kind of paranoia, is this possible?

I'm sorry for your loss. I agree though, it's important to mourn. Hi and thanks,I did have malwarebytes and avg security on but they couldn't find anything wrong,also my data would get used twice as fast some days and my phone get so hot to touch a samsung s24 just from 1 game open which should not be happening as I used to play 2 games simultaneously before and it would barely get warm,also I've noticed system apps installed for connecting to android emulator and vm workstation and these system apps was not installed before as I used to always check system apps before as used to root,install custom roms & recovery and do some amature android & it's hacking myself and these type of system apps were never included before on anything,also a Vm workstation keeps showing up in device finder apps I use then dissappears within seconds of seeing it as if they've realised I'm looking for hacking devices on the internets/wifis in my area,I know iether police or mental health use the flat above me to surveillance me so I think it's coming from there because I installed an app last week then a man said in the carpark to a woman "he installed this app last night" and she replied to him on it,they didn't know my window was open and I heard every word of it so they are 100% hacking my device and Internet usage so I'm gonna get rid of both pretty soon,I just have a few purchases I need to do before I get rid though as if I don't have WiFi or phone then I can't be hacked innit,I also have a Nokia 100 ancient brick phone I can use with paygo sims once I smash this phone to bits so I do have a solution to it,just finding leonid is a bit hard though for my final purchase but I'll keep trying and hope it's sooner rather than later
