Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

“Leaving this world is not as scary as it sounds.”
Honestly, I'm willing to do the same. I've contacted every transplant center in my state and a few in neighboring states. One transplant center turned me down because I told them I was bipolar during the evaluation (should have just lied). Some of them required me to be 21 for non-directed donation. The rest have just declined to call me back (rude). I just want to get rid of as many of organs as I can before I ctb because they won't be doing me any good.
I think the best course of action for me is to ctb and arrange for my body to be found quickly after. That way, they can still hopefully use my corneas and some other tissues, but I don't know.

I was trying to donate a kidney while living, but there are a lot of hurdles to that process. You can donate a liver lobe while living too. In order to donate the rest, you pretty much have to die in a hospital on life support.
I imagine there are cartels or mafias that deal with this kind of thing, but you'd be hard pressed to find information on the surface web or even on the deep web. They tend to operate based on tight personal bonds between members, like all underground operations. Victims of organ trafficking are probably involuntary, so a random stranger being interested in dying and offering his organs for free would smell like a sting operation to these guys.
