You can, opiates can come on strong and cause nausea in inexperienced users.

with oxy, i feel less sick if i eat a big meal first - on an empty stomach i puke

never tried, I tried snorting tramadol but that did nothing! a lot of oxy now is slow release, so you have to remove the green film and crush it up to get the quick hit, but it's bitter as fuck! if you're trying to OD on Oxy you need to crush lots of them up into a powder, then add water, and drink that bitter slime whilst holding your nose, then use mouthwash and drink some alcohol, cus that bitter taste isn't nice - Fentanyl sublinguals (melt in mouth) on the other hand are tasteless!

Didn't vomiting when injecting it. Injected it and was overdosing instantly. Vomited when snorted it. Didn't overdose from snorting it though.

Someone with zero tolerance to opiates/opioids would likely od from snorting it though. It happens all the time.

I can't advise you about what you should or shouldn't take. I'm just speculating about what I might do.
