I haven't been taking multivits for ... lemme count.... sorry, don't remember. It's that long ago.
My GP basically told me that they are a waste of money unless one eats a very a restructive diet. And I chose to believe her. I hope there won't be any new research coming out soon to make me regret my choice :-)

I haven't taken one in many years. I don't believe they are of any benefit to me. I am however taking red krill oil (omega 3) capsules atm. Still skeptical about those too.
