I have 20 tablets of 10mg diazepam, so together up to 200 mg of this drug. Do you recommend to take them together with SN? (I will also take Metoclopramide and Tagamet).

Yes, it's recommended to take it to feel peaceful since we can't drink. I'll be taking at least 8 mg of Xanax.

Benzos will help but if you take that much too early you'll pass out. Also that amount might interact with the SN too much and cause more vomiting and then you might be too out of it to take a second dose if necessary. 50mg would be better but I don't know what your tolerance is like. I'd be on my arse with 50mg.
