I feel heaviness in my heart. It is really a visceral feeling. Sort of emotional pain I feel in my body. It is not tormenting like some kinds of emotional pains. Just a deep emptiness feeling reaching to the core of my "being". Sort of reminder, of lack of love or emotional involvement maybe. Kinda feel like my soul is leaving or dying. Maybe It is because I have problems with giving or receiving love.

Yes. Some days, it feels like there's a knot in my chest. It can be suffocating. Physically, I know I can breathe just fine, but each gasp of air is much too heavy.

Yes, sometimes with anxiety I get a heaviness in my chest and it hurts to breathe. Anxiety it's awful.

I always have a feeling of emptiness that nothing could ever take away. I never feel relaxed, being alive hurts me and I know that the pain will only end when I die.

Yes. Sometimes. I also think it is maybe caused by lack of love or something. It kinda feels like a piece of my own person is missing when I get this feeling. I don't think there is anything that could stop me feeling this way.
