Here's my setup:
-scale
- a cup to measure exactly 50ml
- propanolol 40mg
- Paracetamol
-SN
- Antacid
- Meto

I'm already on risperidone due my treatment for BPD, I hope it lowers my chances of throwing up

I think people would like to know the active ingredient in your antacid to ensure it's the right "type". =]
