Help Dizziness after cutting

I cut my wrists but they weren't deep. Cat scratches, baby styro at most. My blade is really dull so that means it hurts more to try see some blood.

After I was done, I felt really dizzy. My vision went.. blurry?? Like im low on iron. My stomach felt weird and i couldn't stand up without having to lean on something.

What does this even mean?? I don't think anything like this has happened before, and I've went deeper. I'm going to bed so hopefully I feel better by tomorrow.

I've never experienced that after cutting. I hope it is nothing dangerous, hope it clears up tomorrow!

It probably was not blood loss. Were you particularly anxious? On any meds?

i think stuff like this can happen even without losing much blood or having deep cuts. sometimes it's just a body response and it doesn't always mean anything serious. although i once felt the same way and fainted, so please take care of yourself!

I've never had anything like this happen while cutting. closest I've had was qhen i first started how my hands would get a little shaky because i was nervous/excited. Have you ever had any forma of hemophobia or queasiness before? maybe it was the sight of the blood? or maybe it just got you worked up and you were just tired or dehydrated?

it could be a lot of things honestly
