Hello folks, I've been quite busy with awful personal issues, very hurtful.

To my fellow systems in the forum, how do you guys deal with being constantly front stuck? My system is relatively small, we're only 3, one host and two persecutors, including me. For different reasons in my life, everything has been very tough and I've been fronting for almost a whole month with the constant anxiety and stress of not being able to switch and regulate myself properly...

Some advice for this?

I've been fronting for months and months. I'm exhausted. I get this feeling...my condolences. :o(

I personally have just been trying to focus on accepting it - stabilizing myself, trying to regulate my anxiety and tension, rather than focusing on trying to leave front. Burnout is a huge asshole too - being irritable, numb, dissociating more... Journaling may help, however I usually grow bored of it - though talking/venting to myself - even if I don't get a response, is helpful. Not even to yourself, perhaps just find and connect with someone(s) and share your thoughts and feelings.
This is all easier said than done depending on the person, but unfortunately, I'm just barely getting by myself. :,) It's hard out here.

I've been trying my best so far talking to my best friend and others but I'm unable to even front, it's been a month already and I can't even hear my headmates anymore, I think I may be so depressed that it's slowly eating me alive along with my disorder. I wish you nothing but the best. 💕
