Differences between PPeH and that German book by Jessica Duber

There seem to be a number of differences in protocols the PPeH book adn the German book by Jessica Duber.

e.g. taking an anti emetic for 2 days before CTB rather than just immediately before taking for example an OD of cardiac drugs.

What do others make of the various differences?
