Help Did DMC scam me? Brought SN a few hours ago and now the website is down and not connected to a domain?

hello lol i hate to be annoying and ask for a pm as well but as someone who already bought from DMC but last year, i am getting confused and frustrated at my inability to find it again. any help would mean a lot, even just clues or a discussion! thank you!

oh and also, i dunno if dmc is a scam NOW that they have to redo what they're doing, but i know back when i bought from them i DID recieve the sn i bought!! i just didn't get to keep it as it got confiscated due to my mom lol.
