So I've been put back on diazepam by my psychiatrist which I'm happy about because it helps me a lot, however I'm worried because I've heard a few things about how it can reduce the effectiveness of N(which is my method), and although I don't have a date in mind as of yet I want to have the freedom to know that I can 'exit' and any time, which could possibly be soon
If I start taking the diazepam again and for example decide in a few weeks to ctb with my N, is this likely to effect the outcome? i.e. is there any risk of it causing the N not to work? I have 2x bottles(from A) btw and am also very underweight so I'd like to think that this also improves my chances of succeeding without any issues ?
I really want to take the diazepam but at the same time obviously don't want to risk another failed attempt... thoughts?

I don't see an issue. If you were on a high dose everyday with a high tolerance, maybe but then PPH says they are more concerned about anti psychotics because of the time it takes for the liver to process. I think everyone just needs to make sure they are not found for a decent amount of time like 12-24 hours.

They both act on the GABA receptors, so theoretically you'd be slightly less affected by barbiturates. But at the massive doses that people are ingesting N, I doubt it would really make much of a difference.

One potential issue with benzos is that they can cause nausea. I've been taking them for a few months but now can barely tolerate eating anything or taking any pills after benzos or I get sick. It's a bit odd, and also unfortunate because I was originally planning on using them pre- N or SN to dull the anxiety.

But it wasnt like that before? Did you use antiemetic before hand?

It definitely got worse over a few months of using them every few days / once a week. It's like my body doesn't like them or something. I haven't attempted CTB yet but now know that I can't use benzos beforehand so will be mentally tough.
