I've been looking for a device that allows measurement Up to 10,000 PPM CO. Something I could get/use in Europe.

PPEH Aug 2018 was not helpful. Products/places that sell these products in/for Europe, not restricted to general public?
Devices that measure only up to 1,000 PPM, no good.
