This may sound like a non answer, bet we all need to do what we need to do. If you absolutely have to go, invest some time, like we all do here, and do some reading and pick a method that works for you. I'm not encouraging you to do anything, or not to do anything. But, I think you will be hard pressed to get anyone to walk you through some type of step by step while holding your hand. I don't think that's what SS is about. Ask fact based questions once you decide on something and I'm sure plenty of people can help you sort out any concerns.

I'm sorry that you suffer so unbearably. I know that this life can be torture when you are so desperate to leave. I understand that it is horrible feeling like you are trapped, more than anything I wish that suicide is easier, all that I want is to peacefully pass away and be free from this world.
