[DESPAIR, because..]Help me with crypto stuff please

I was in a middle of a transaction with cakewallet, i decided to pay in few part, but my app doesnt work anymore....IN THE MIDDLE of ........
Its cake wallet, and it is always disconnected now/dont synchronize AT ALL , there is no 'nodes' available'An i can't make any transaction or payment/ or neither exchange. When i try to convert btc /xmr for example , there is the message "NoSuchMethodError: the method "write" was called on null " .receiver : null tried calling write'()"
i can't have my money back since it wont work at all, i cant send , exchange, nothing..

Do you have the wallet backed up? Recovery seed.

yes, but i tried to recover in an other device and it doesnt change anything.. it stuck ont electrum-bitcoin, and i dont propose me a date for restoring like with the xmr wallet on thi app ( well i tried that on ios/ipad( but i was using an android device in the transaction ), im not sure it is the good material for that, it was for testing before desinstall, reinstall, recovering..) i dont understand what the issue?

I think your best bet would be to contact their support and explain the situation.

Yes i did it, and i changed node.. all are down , but hopefully, one is working now
