Despite the fact that I have loving family, friends and money. Made a mistake and fell into deep depression. Cannot forgive myself and even love of family and friends doesn't help. Now I am in the point when I lay in the bed all day and ruminate about my past mistake and how well it could be if i didn't do that. That's super sad :( I am thinking about CBT asap.

boredom is a serious issue. People don't realise how lethal it can be.
our brain is addicted to overstimulation so we constantly feel underwhelmed. it makes life so exhausting even if nothing bad is happening. exhausting enough to kill yourself over nothing.
Overstimultion is just a socially acceptable addiction but it is not any less dangerous than hard drugs.
For example, everytime I don't have access to my phone, I have heart palpitation (no joke).Last edited:Maybe find an issue to devote yourself to. I like dogs and bought some land to fix up.

I can imagine it must be painful being in that situation. There is no escape from ourselves and our thoughts apart from death. It is so cruel how just one mistake can ruin someones life. The way I see it, with mistakes sometimes we thought we were doing the right thing at the time and we did not know any better. Knowing that things could have been different must be such a dreadful thought. I'm sorry you have to go through this, I hope you find peace.
