Sometimes I find myself waiting to have a heart attack from my crappy diet would dying of a heart attack be painful? Like if I didn't go to the hospital?

Plus, a lot could happen leading up to the final hour.It definitely wouldn't be peaceful if that's what you're wondering.
I don't know about every heart attack but after working at a hospital for a short time and talking to patients: the range goes from unpleasant to very painful.
Plus you have no guarantee that you actually get one from eating junk...the body is pretty tolerant when it comes to trashy food.
