Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Anyone else dealing with it? Though I've decided that passing on is what's right for me I still need to control the depression in the meantime. How do you guys manage it? I still need to pay bills etc.but I'm so depressed about what's happened that it's just not happening. Anyone know what I mean?x
I think so, but I'm not sure. I guess the main thing is to get yourself out of the situation that you're currently in, but I know well enough myself that that isn't easy. finding people who truly support you would be important, but again from my own experience not easy.
Such as how bad events and bad feelings both mix into the downward spiral that is depression, you should let yourself experience good events and good feelings that lift you out of it and put you into a state of productivity. What immediate hobbies do you have that 1) make you feel good, 2) makes you more productive 3) is doable everyday? Choose one and try to make a regular routine out of it.
It's not the all-in-one solution, but something like that is guaranteed to make you feel better on average if you feel depressed.

I'm just looking to feel better before I ctb because I have things to do. I want to do at home cbt as it's good for pain tolerance,I need to tidy and pay bills. All this takes energy. Today I looked at some photos of me before I injured my face and photos after. Big mistake. I'm still counting this as a god day though because I didn't turn to mush over it. I need to order the stuff book a hotel buy some clothes etc. It takes work to ctb! That's why people who are too depressed tend not to actually do it as they have no energy. I will do my best.

Adderall. It is literally the only thing that gets me out of my head enough to function. I don't usually like to advise on medication but it does for me exactly what you're looking for.
